### Projects

**Project management**: When finance defines the outcome and IT has to build it, we run the project with PMP and agile methods, with prototypes, and with oversight of the integrator when there is one.


## AI applied to finance and operations

AI features where they cut manual work and the risk of error, on the platforms the institution already uses. Every implementation is validated with the institution’s own data and documented.

- **Regulatory report validation**: Detection of outliers and of differences between periods before filing with the SBS or the BCRP, with the detail of which record causes them.
- **Reading documents and receipts**: Data extraction from invoices, receipts and bank statements with AI Builder and Copilot Studio in Microsoft 365, reviewed by the team before posting.
- **Native Oracle Cloud features**: Anomalies in journal entries and reconciliations, predictive planning, document recognition in accounts payable, and close narratives. Activation, training with the institution’s data, and definition of controls.
- **Natural-language queries**: Assistants that answer questions about the general ledger, profitability by product or the status of the close, connected to the institution’s data and governed by your organization’s permissions.

AI proposes; the finance team reviews and approves. No AI feature posts, files or changes information without a recorded approval.
