We work with CFOs and chief accountants of mid-sized and large companies, and with companies that have decided to outsource their accounting and need to keep control over it.
What it includes
- Financial analysis: margins, liquidity, cost structure and the evolution of the main indicators, based on the information the company already produces.
- Accounting outsourcing: bookkeeping, monthly close, tax filings and reports, with an assigned person in charge and an agreed calendar.
- Financial reporting and regulatory compliance: financial statements, annexes and reports to regulators, prepared within the established deadlines.
- Assessment and improvement of accounting processes: a review of how each process runs, where errors and rework concentrate, and which changes to make first.
How it unfolds
The work starts with an assessment of defined scope. With the report in hand we agree on the plan: which processes get fixed, what gets automated and what gets outsourced, where applicable. Changes are implemented together with the client’s team and documented.
Frequently asked questions
Does the service replace the company’s accountant?
Not necessarily. In most cases we work with the existing accounting team. When the company prefers to outsource the function, we take full responsibility with an assigned person in charge.
Can you step into the close already under way?
It is possible if the conversation starts in the first half of the month. Otherwise, we plan the intervention for the following close.
