Data controller
SAVI PARTNER SOFTWARE S.A.C., tax ID (RUC) 20602130828, with its registered address at Jr. José Olaya 1281, Callao, Peru, is the controller of the personal data collected on savi.com.pe, under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.
What data we collect and why
We only collect the data you give us voluntarily:
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, type of organization and the message you write. We use them to reply to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a proposal.
- Self-assessment: your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to SAVI unless you decide to request a meeting; in that case they are included in the form message.
- Email and WhatsApp: if you write to us through those channels, we handle the data you include for the same purpose.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your consent, which you give when you send the form, and on the pre-contractual relationship your inquiry starts. We keep the data for as long as that relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet legal obligations or handle possible claims.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. To run the site and the form we use providers that act on SAVI’s behalf: the hosting and email provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile, a service that tells people apart from automated programs and may process technical data from your browser. These providers process data only to deliver the service.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and objection by writing to informes@savi.com.pe from the email address you registered, or by letter to the address above. We will reply within the time limits set by law. If you believe your request was not handled, you may contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form messages are sent to our corporate email and kept in a backup copy outside the public area of the server, with access restricted to the SAVI team.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with the update date.
